Advancing the Common Good
United Way of Jackson County is committed to creating a better life for all. With the help of dedicated volunteers, we are working to ensure the positive change today – and into the future. With each life that improves, we are all strengthened - our community is stronger.

We are all connected and interdependent. You are our partner! Together we provide direct services funding to 47 programs through 36 agencies. In addition, we bring people together to talk about issues and concerns facing our community – and work to find ways to eliminate the barriers towards independence, health, and a child’s achievement of his or her potential.
Over the last few years, we have become key partners in community initiatives, including Breaking the Cycle of Poverty Planning with the Walker Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation, the 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness, and the Meth Task Force (which includes a partnership in the Southern Oregon Meth Project). Together with the Gordon Elwood Foundation we convened Building a Learning Community where nonprofits, government, education, business and faith leaders worked to find ways to engage in learning as a community.
Working together – we can all build a better community.Help us make real lasting change where we live. Join us! Visit one of the links on our website to find out how: Give, Advocate, Volunteer, WiLL, Campaign
