WiLL works to identify gaps in critical services to women and children in our community and then encourages agencies to work together to develop programs that address those gaps. New and innovative thinking is encouraged and those programs that demonstrate the ability to partner with existing programs to provide new solutions are given the opportunity to apply for funds to carry out their new programs.
Launched at an inaugural event in the fall of 2006 with the support of 135 community women raising $37,000 with a five year total of $145,000.
